Dr. Claus Hamann is vice-president for population health at Beacon Health, the risk- and value- contracting subsidiary of Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems, Brewer ME. A board-certified internist, geriatrician and clinical informatician, he is responsible for utilization and quality improvement for Beacon’s accountable care populations.
