Craig Johnson, MHA holds a Bachelors of Arts in Biology from the University of Louisville, a Master of Health Administration from the University of Kentucky, and completed an Administrative Fellowship at Duke University Health System.  During his time at Duke, he held multiple leadership positions with the Duke Cancer Institute and Private Diagnostic Clinic, Duke’s 1600 member faculty practice, that supported outpatient operations and access-related initiatives that improved patient access, efficiencies, and the patient/referring provider experience.  Craig currently serves as System Director, Practice Operations with Norton Medical Group in Louisville, KY, where he is operationally responsible for multiple physician practices across Louisville and Southern IN.  Additionally, he oversees the strategic direction and all initiatives related to consumerism and patient access for the 900 member medical group.
